Lisa Jiménez is CEO and Founder of Lisa Jiménez Associates a Social Impact Consultancy working at the intersection of business and social impact. She is a seasoned executive and recognized leader with over 20 years of experience as an organizational developer, certified executive coach, facilitator, and engagement strategist. She works with leaders and organizations across multiple sectors to achieve transformation through research-based leadership practices, continuous improvement through implementation science, and high-performing team development.

Lisa focuses on building capacity and systems growth to harness collective impact. She artfully creates strategies and systems that bring clarity, organization, and alignment with an equity lens. Her specialties are:

1. Executive Coaching for diverse intersectional VP and C-Suite individuals and teams;

2. Customized Cohort Learning

3. The operationalization of diversity, equity, belonging, and justice via highly customized services from inception to implementation;

4. Expert facilitation grounded in design thinking and liberatory dialogue structures.

Ms. Jiménez attends Columbia University's Executive Coaching Certification Program for additional coaching certification. She is currently certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and becoming a Master Certified Coach (MCC). Additionally, she holds a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) credential from the Institute for Diversity, an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) certification, and was a National Equity Project Fellow.

She received her Master’s from the University of California at Berkeley in Education, Administration, and Organizational Development, and completed undergraduate studies at the University of California at Santa Cruz in Ethnic Studies. She is bilingual in Spanish and her commitment to social causes is evident in her career journey, volunteer work, and advocacy. Lisa enjoys athletic pursuits, meditation, and music in her free time.
